Attendee Guidelines

Campbell University’s current COVID policy can be found here: https://www.campbell.edu/coronavirus/community-expectations-policies/

Campbell University’s policy is that the use of face masks inside Campbell University facilities is recommended, but no longer required.

Contingency Plan

The NCAS Board of Directors has chosen to use the on-site versus remote learning status of Campbell University when making decisions whether to continue with the in-person portion of the meeting. If Campbell University is meeting with in-person classes, then the in-person portion of the annual meeting will continue as planned.

If the in-person meeting is cancelled, the meeting will move to an all-virtual meeting. Attendees will be given instructions at that time. In general, virtual attendees will see little change. In-person poster presenters will also upload a brief audio description of their poster in addition to their poster pdf. In-person oral presenters will instead present online over Zoom. Panelists will be notified separately. Exhibitors and vendors will be moved to an online Zoom room. Registration fees for in-person registrations will be adjusted to virtual registration fees.
