Sponsorships

As in past years, the Academy invites academic societies, professional organizations, scientific companies and other interested parties to sponsor the activities of its annual meeting. The NC Academy of Science is a non-profit organization, and your contribution is tax-deductible. Annual Meeting Sponsorship Levels

Gold

$1,000, includes badge(s) with SPONSOR ribbon, registration fee(s), and food for two representatives, an exhibitor’s table upon request, recognition on the sponsorship page of the conference website, in the conference program, and in the NCAS newsletter. A flyer or giveaway item (provided by sponsor) may be included in all participant welcome bags.

Platinum

$2,500, includes all benefits of gold sponsorship, increases conference registration to four representatives, plus recognition on the event homepage (in addition to the sponsor page) and a prominent ad in the conference program.

Exhibitors and Vendors

Exhibitors and vendors may purchase an exhibit space for $250.  Please note, food and conference sessions are not included in the vendor/exhibitor fee.

Vendors may request a table and two chairs.  Request for access to nearby electrical outlets may be made, but cannot be guaranteed – requests will be granted on a first-come, first-serve basis.

Exhibitors and vendors may register beginning February 1st using the Eventbrite link on the registration page. The preferred method of payment is by mailing a check to North Carolina Academy of Sciences, Meredith College, Department of Biological Sciences, 3800 Hillsborough St., Raleigh, NC, 27606-5298. Debit and credit cards are also accepted through the Eventbrite link. For Tax ID or other payment information, send an email to Evan Reynolds (ereynolds@campbell.edu).
